This book is told in the first person point of view following Lara Jean Song Covey, a senior who has been dating Peter Kavinsky for a year. I like the family’s positive outlook and I like how family oriented Lara Jean’s dad is.

The three sisters get along very well and I like Margot’s pep talk with Lara Jean about giving the new college a chance. She puts her family first and when Peter takes Margot’s side, she loves him more.

The only disappointment she ever caused her dad worry was traveling with her friend Chris to tour an out of state university without his knowledge.
